How do you place an order?

3. Go to the shopping cart and choose your payment method.

4. Once you have paid the amount to our company account and the amount has been received by us, you will be notified that we have received your payment. (Please transfer within 5 business days)
Important: We will carry out the order for the production of your doll from the date of receipt of payment. On average, you get your RealDoll already within 10 business days. As soon as your Real Doll is handed over to the delivery, you will be notified of the sending number by e-mail and / or by SMS.

Can I return a Real Doll?
Yes. You can return your doll within 14 days after receipt. Important: The Real Doll may not be used or have any use traces.
After receiving and checking the Real Doll you will get your money back within 7 days.
